시대 변천에 따른 초등학교 운동회 종목 분석

The purpose of this study is, by revealing what has been changed in the events in school athletic meetings in the elementary schools according to the change of the times, to examine the meaning what school athletic meetings have, and on the basis of the results to promote the educational effect from now on as well as to provide referring data for the planning and the management of the efficient school athletic meetings. The objects of this study were the collected schedules and the programs of the school athletic meetings of 17 elementary schools that held school athletic meetings in 1980s and 19 elementary schools that did them in 1990s among the schools that locate in the city of Taejon, and then the number of entire events, a race as an individual-event, a relay as a group-event, the games for the guests and staffs, events students take part in, dance and the executing situation of example events were analyzed and examined to come to the following conclusions. 1. The number of entire events, the games for the guests and staffs and example events have trend to decrease remarkably in their number and the number of schools that execute them according to the change of the times. 2. A race as an individual-events, a relay as group-events, events students take part in and dance have no special change compare with ever before anything but the variety of their names and the miscellaneous kinds of them.
