‘개체’와 ‘내부’의 시선으로 본 동아시아 각국 수도 East Asian Capital Cities from the Viewpoint of 'the Individual Entity' and 'the Internal'

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 <동아시아 각국 수도 연구>라는 대 주제 아래 각 단계별로 세부주제를 선정하여 진행하였다. 제2단계의 연구주제는 <‘개체’와 ‘내부’의 시선으로 본 동아시아 각국 수도>이며, 제1세부과제에서는 수도를 구성하는 요소와 원리의 지속과 변동을, 제2세부과제에서는 수도의 인식과 수도성에 관하여 연구하는 것이다.
1단계에서 이루어진 수도의 개념과 위상에 대한 연구를 바탕으로, 역사-장소-문화라는 키워드를 통해 동아시아 각국의 수도를 구성하는 요소가 무엇인가, 그 요소의 상징적 의미는 무엇인가, 그 속에 거주하는 수도민들의 수도에 대한 인식과 삶은 어떠한가 등, 수도의 구체적인 성격에 대해 미시적 관점으로 접근하였다. 각국의 수도에 대한 미시적인 연구를 통해 구체적인 공간의 변화가 인간의 삶을 어떻게 변화시키는가, 역으로 인간의 행위가 어떻게 공간을 변화시키는가를 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study conducted a research after selection of detail subjects per stage under the main subject of <Study on Capitals in East Asia>. Research subject of the 2nd stage is <East Asian Capital Cities from the Viewpoint of 'the Individual Entity' and 'the Internal'>; the 1st detail subject studies continuance and change of elements and principles constituting capitals; and, the 2nd detail subject studies recognition and character of capital.
This study approached following points from the microscopic viewpoint through key words of history-place-culture on the basis of research on concept and status of capitals made in the 1st stage. What were the elements which constituted capitals of countries in East Asia? What was the symbolic meaning of the elements? What were recognition on the capitals and life of residents living in the capitals? What was specific nature of the capitals? Through a microscopic research on capitals of countries, it investigated how variation in specific space changed life of human being and how behavior of human being changed space on the contrary.
