성인의 배움수준 구성요인 구안 = A Study on the Constituent Factors of Adults Erudition Level

국문 초록 (Abstract)

배움은 인간의 본능이다. 그래서 인간은 배우도록 되어있다. 인간이 배움의 과정에서 의미를 찾고 의미를 만들어내는 것이 배움의 핵심개념이다. 배움의 과정을 통해서 인간은 자신의 이전 경험들을 삶과 연관시켜 의미를 만들어 나간다. 인간은 스스로 택한 배움의 과정에서 삶의 들을 바꾸는 유의미한 가치를 창출한다. 다양하고 복잡한 인간의 배움 과정을 보다 구체적이고 객관적으로 파악하기 위해서는 각각의 배움의 수준을 규명할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 성인들의 배움 과정에 영향을 끼치는 배움수준의 구성요인들을 규명하기 위해 기존의 배움학 관련 저서들을 선별하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 배움수준과 관련한 다섯 가지 준거 영역을 선별할 수 있었다. 의미생성력, 자기주도력, 실천력, 개조력, 공동배움력 등의 다섯 가지 준거 영역이 추후 배움수준 측정을 위한 척도개발의 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The desire to erudition is deeply rooted in human nature, this is the philosophy of the Science of Erudition. Whole concept of erudition is focused on their seeking meanings of erudition while they are learning it. They tend to produce significant meaning of erudition by relating with their experience they had and their lives. They create meaningful value through their erudition that they have chosen. Activities of erudition of humans are quite complicate and also entirely different with anything else. When these activities are being held, it is influenced by bunch of factors. To figure of the factors of level of erudition, few numbers of documents have been analyzed, that support Homo Eruditio's axiom The factors are defined with five areas which are related with level of erudition; generative meaning ability, self-directed ability, practical ability, reformative ability, cooperative erudition ability.
