전신경락마사지에 의한 산욕기후 산모의 체형변화 = Change in Body Shape of Puerperd by Whole Body Meridian Massage After Puerperium

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to know the effect of whole body meridian massage on the change in body shape of puerperd after puerperium and on that of puerperds having different number of birth. Subjects consisted of 10 puerperds first delivery and 10 puerperds second delivery. They were divided experimental group done whole body meridian massage and control group not done that, respectively. The changes in mass, BMI, fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass and the circumference lengths of arm, abdomen and thigh by giving whole body meridian massage once a week for two months were measured.
The circumference length for the puerperd first delivery was deceased by whole body meridian massage and it had statistically significant difference (p=0.049). In the case the puerperd second delivery, the circumference lengths of arm (p=0.020) and abdomen (p=0.013) were significantly decreased by whole body meridian massage.
In the comparisons of body shape change by whole body meridian massage between the puerperds first delivery and those second delivery, the fat mass and the circumference length of arm were significantly different. The fat mass(p=0.037) and the circumference length of arm(p=0.041) of the puerperds second delivery were down 2.6kg and 2.2cm respectively.
