다문화 가정의 초등학생을 위한 창작무용교육 모형개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화교육의 가치와 특성이 반영된 무용교육을 활성화시키기 위하여, 다문화 가정의 초등학생을 대상으로 창작무용 교육모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 창작무용 교육모형을 개발하기 위하여 현재 정부주관으로 운영되는 다문화기관의 담당자와 초등학교 교사, 다문화가정 부모를 대상으로 무용교육 모형개발의 적합요인을 알아보기 위하여 문헌연구 및 기관 현장조사연구, 비구조화된 설문지를 실시하였다. 또한 모형의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 다문화가정 초등학생 자녀 12명을 대상으로 12회의 창작무용 프로그램을 진행하였다. 프로그램은 예비검사의 일환으로, 개방형 설문과 문헌조사, 기관조사를 통해 분석한 자료를 통해 개발된 교육모형이 초등학교시기에 적합한지, 실제 현장에서 적용가능한지를 검증하기 위한 절차이다. 연구결과, 창작무용 교육모형은 교육목표, 내용, 평가방법이 구체화되었으며 자기 인식, 움직임 확장, 감정 표현의 총 3단계로 구성되었다. 또한 모형의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 신체적, 정서적, 사회문화적 영역에서 프로그램 실시 전과 후의 변화를 검증하였다. 신체적 영역에서는 유연성에서 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났고, 정서적 영역을 검증한 자기효능감 검사는 지적 영역과 사회 정서적 영역에서 통계적으로 의미 있는 변화를 발견하였다. 사회 문화적 영역은 대상자와의 인터뷰를 통해 질적 분석하였고, 모든 영역에서 긍정적인 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 최종 완성된 무용교육 모형이 현장에서 활용될 수 있는 실용화 방안이 구체화 될 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to develop creative dance education model for elementary school students of multi-cultural families so as to vitalize dance education reflecting values and characteristics of multi-cultural education. Documentary research, institution field survey and unstructured questionnaires were conducted so as to examine suitability factors of dance education model's development for people in charge of multi-cultural institutions supervised by government at present, teachers of elementary schools and parents of multi-cultural families for the development of creative dance education model. In addition, 12 times of creative dance program was conducted for 12 elementary school students of multi-cultural families so as to verify validity of the model. The program is a procedure to verify if developed education model is good for the period of elementary school and if it can be applied to actual site through the analyzed data by opened survey, documentary research and institutional investigation as a part of preliminary test. As a result of survey, creative dance education model materialized educational goals, contents and evaluation methods and it's organized by total 3 stages such as self-awareness, movement expansion and emotion expression.
