한려해상국립공원 경관자원 목록화 및 등급평가에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Listing of Landscape Resources and Grade Evaluation in Hallyeohaesan National Park

국문 초록 (Abstract)

& & 본 연구는 한려해상국립공원을 형성하는 자연자원 및 인문자원을 대상으로 경관자원 목록화 및 등급 평가를 실시하였다. 국립공원의 경관은 해양경관, 산악경관, 마을경관, 사찰·사적경관의 4가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 각 지구별로 주요 탐방로, 바다백리길(6개소), 섬, 바닷길, 해안도로에서 현장조사를 통해 총 210개소에 대한 경관목록을 작성하였다. 경관평가 항목은 조망성, 고유성, 이용성, 역사문화성, 자연성의 5가지 항목으로 구분하였다. 항목별로 상(4), 중(3), 하(2), 그 외(1)의 평가기준 및 델파이 조사를 통한 가중치를 반영하여 3개의 경관등급으로 구분하였다. 해양경관의 경우 I등급 44개소, 2등급 69개소, III등급 45개소로 나타났고, 산악경관은 I등급이 4개소, II등급 21개소, III등급 3개소, 마을경관은 I등급 4개소, II등급 6개소, III등급 4개소, 사찰·사적경관은 I등급 4개소, II등급 2개소, III등급 4개소로 평가되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 공원 경관관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용하여, 경관유형별 등급이 매우 우수한 지역을 중점관리 지역으로 선정하여 관리할 필요가 있을 것이다.

& & This study was conducted the listing of landscape resources and grade evaluation on natural resources and cultural resources of Hallyhaesang National Park. Landscapes of National Park categorized into four types of seascape, mountain landscape, village landscape, temple·historical landscape. Each district were constructed landscapes lists for a total of 210 through field research of trail, badabakrigil, island, sea route and costal road. Landscape Evaluation items were divided into five characteristics of view, unique, use, history·culture, natural. By item was reflected by the It was divided into three grades of landscape by 4, 3, 2, 1 for each item of evaluation criteria and Delphi survey. Seascapes were evaluated in I grade of 44-sites, II grade of 69-sites, III grade of 45-sites. Mountain landscapes were evaluated inI grade of 4-sites, II grade of 21-sites, III grade of 3-sites. Village landscapes were evaluated inI grade of 4-sites, II grade Naturalof 6-sites, III grade of 4-sites. Temple·Historical landscapes were evaluated in I grade of 4-sites, II grade of 2-sites, III grade of 4-sites. The study results can be used as a basis for the parks management. It is necessary to focus on managing the landscape of I grade site.
