여아의 섭식장애 위험요인들과 관련된 어머니의 요인들-어머니의 섭식장애 위험요인들과 관여를 중심으로- = Girl's risk factors for eating disorders and maternal modelling and concerns

국문 초록 (Abstract)

신체 불만족, 체중에 대한 걱정, 섭식절제 등은 섭식장애 위험요인들로 알려져 있는데, 여아의 섭식장애 위험요인들에 있어 어머니 자신의 섭식장애 위험요인들 수준 및 관여가 어떠한 관련성을 갖는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 480쌍의 초등학교 5, 6학년 여학생 모녀를 대상으로 각각의 신체불만족 수준, 섭식절제 수준, 체중에 대한 걱정 수준 및 아동의 체중에 대한 어머니의 관여, 아동이 지각하는 자신의 체중에 대한 어머니의 관여를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 여아의 섭식장애 위험요인들 수준과 어머니의 섭식장애 위험요인들 수준 및 어머니의 관여 수준 모두 정적 관련성을 가지고 있었는데, 어머니의 관여수준이 여아의 섭식장애 위험요인들을 더 잘 설명하였다. 특히, 어머니가 보고하는 관여 수준보다 여아가 지각하는 어머니의 관여수준이 높을수록 여아의 신체불만족, 체중에 대한 걱정, 섭식절제 수준이 더욱 높았다.
