中国经济发展战略的新变化 = New Changes about China Economic Development Strategy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The comprehensive construction well-off society's goal， which established on the 16th Congress of communist party of China unifying， speeding up China modernization， is also the aim of china's full-scale development on economy， politic and culture of socialist with Chinese characteristic. From the view of strategy， this goal which will be put into effect in the entire developing process during the first 20 years of 21st century， symbolized the new stage， manifests the new structure， and also contains the new summary of localization of China developmental strategy.

中共十六大确立的全面建设小康社会的目标，是中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化全面发展的目标，是与加快推进现代化相统一的目标。从战略学的角度看，这一目标贯穿21世纪头20年中国发展的全过程，标志着中国发展战略的新阶段，体现中国发展战略的新结构，蕴含中国发展战略定位的新概括。
