평가수용성 확보 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Assurance Method of the Evaluation Acceptance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study is to draw the assurance factors of evaluation acceptance, to do this, we chose the Combined Evaluation of Local Government(CELG) as a evaluation case, and we questioned local public servants. We conducted a literature review and a institutional review of evaluation acceptance, acceptance, and CELG, and found individual psychological factors of Ratee influence evaluation acceptance. On the basis of literature review, we assumed rational factor, emotional actor, and trust factor influence evaluation acceptance, organized framework, and analyzed statistical data following the framework. As a result of statistical analysis, rational factor, emotional actor, and trust factor influenced evaluation acceptance, and ‘trust factor’ turned out the most important factor. As a result of depths interview, to enhance the trust of local public servants about CELG, evaluation indicators should be made with practicality, regionality, and logicality in mind, and we should work out strategies to elevate the confidence in evaluators.
