국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 웨이트트레이닝의 참여기간과 레크리에이션 전문화의 중요성, 중심성, 물리적 열정, 과거경험, 숙련도, 정보, 기술지식의 관계에서 1차 선형 회귀모형, 2차 비선형 회귀모형, 3차 비선형 회귀모형을 적용하여 최적모형을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 27.0과 AMOS Ver. 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 곡선 추정 분석을 실행하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 참여기간과 중요성 전문화의 관계는 1차 선형모형이 최적모형으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여기간과 중심성, 과거경험, 숙련도, 정보 및 기술지식 전문화의 관계는 2차 비선형모형이 최적모형으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 참여기간과 물리적 열정 전문화는 유의한 인과관계가 나타나지 않았다. 웨이트트레이닝의 참여기간이 증가함에 따라 중요성 전문화는 선형적으로 발전하였으며, 중심성, 과거경험, 숙련도, 정보 및 기술지식의 전문화가 증가하다가 중간지점을 기점으로 전문화가 감소하였다. 이 연구는 다양한 발전양상을 지닌 레크리에이션 전문화 과정을 이해하는데 유용할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the optimal model by applying a linear model, a quadratic model, and a cubic model in the relationship between weight training participation period and recreation specialization: importance, centrality, physical passion, experience, skilled, information, and skill-knowledge. The results to achieve the research objectives were derived by performing frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and curvilinear estimation analysis using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0 ver. First, as for the relationship between participation period and importance specialization, a linear model was found to be the optimal model. Second, in the relationships between participation period and centrality, experience, skilled, information, and skill-knowledge specialization, quadratic model were found to be the optimal model. Finally, there was no significant causal relationship between participation period and physical passion specialization. As the participation period in weight training increased, importance specialization developed linearly. The level of specialization in centrality, experience, skilled, information, and skill-knowledge increased to a certain point and then decreased after that point. This study might be useful for understanding the recreation specialization process with various development patterns.
