사회연결망분석을 통한우리나라 온라인 진로정보 네트워크 분석 = Analysis of Network of Online-based Career Information by Social Network Analysis

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purposes of this study were to analyze affiliation network and hyper-linked relationship network of career information web sites. Main Target of the study was 28 web sites which are belong to public agencies, and To achieve these purposes, Social network analysis was used.
The Following four findings are the results of this study: (1) Career information web sites were divided into two groups based on duplication of main target and contents. (2) Network of career information web sites based on hyper-linked relationship had clear pattern, and some web sites(CareerNet, WorkNet, etc) had prominent positions. (3) Some web sites(CareerNet, WorkNet, YouthWorkNet, KOIS, etc) presented strong centrality, particularly, WorkNet had highest inner-degree. (4) Through the analyzing structural equivalence, 5 groups were founded which had same role and position.
Based on these results, this study suggests cross-sectoral cooperation between producers of career information, and setting-up government agency comprehensively to manage career information systems.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 진로정보 웹사이트 간의 중첩성 및 링크관계에 따른 네트워크를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 snow-balling approach를 통해 수집된 우리나라 대표 진로정보 웹사이트 28개를 연구대상으로 선정하여 웹사이트의 운영주체, 이용대상, 진로정보유형, 링크관계에 관한 정보를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 사회연결망분석(social network analysis)을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 군집의 밀도 및 중심성, 구조적 등위성 등을 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 우리나라의 진로정보 웹사이트는 이용대상자 및 진로정보 유형의 중첩성에 따라 크게 2개의 군집을 이루고 있었으며, 특히 이용대상자에 따른 군집화 현상이 더욱 명확하게 나타났다.
둘째, 우리나라 진로정보 웹사이트 간의 네트워크를 분석한 결과 전체적으로 커리어넷, 워크넷, 유스워크넷 등이 다른 웹사이트들과 다수의 강한 관계를 맺고 있으며, 화살표의 방향은 양방향인 경향으로 나타나서 수신자와 발신자의 역할을 동시에 수행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 우리나라 진로정보 웹사이트 간의 정보교류 네트워크에서의 중심성을 분석한 결과 커리어넷, 워크넷, 유스워크넷, 한국직업정보시스템 등이 높은 중심성을 나타내는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 워크넷의 경우 내향중심성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타나서 다른 웹사이트들이 워크넷의 정보를 활용하는 경향성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 우리나라 진로정보 웹사이트 간의 네트워크에서의 구조적 등위성을 분석한 결과 지위와 역할의 측면에서 동일한 역할을 담당하는 5개의 그룹으로 분류되는 것으로 나타났다.
한편, 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 첫째, 온라인 진로정보를 제공하는 웹사이트 간의 명확한 역할분담을 통하여 효율성을 제고할 필요가 있으며, 둘째, 온라인 진로정보의 질 보장(quality assurance)은 물론 수요자 기반의 정보전달체계를 관리하기 위한 범정부적 기관(government agency)이 필요하다는 점을 제언하였다.
