산재환자의 요양기간과 영향 요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Rehabilitation of Long-Term Patients in Industrial Accidents Hospital

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 들어 산재환자 요양기간이 장기화됨에 따라 이로 인한 산재환자의 도덕성 해이와 보험재정의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이렇게 요양기간이 길어지는 주요한 이유중의 하나는 산재환자들을 위한 합리적인 요양관리와 체계적인 재활시스템이 구축되지 못하고 그로 인해 산재환자들이 사회복귀를 기피하기 때문으로 볼 수 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 산재환자의 요양기간에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고, 이들 영향요인에 따른 산재환자의 사회·심리적 특성들이 어떤 차이를 보이는 지를 파악함으로써 합리적인 요양관리 및 원활한 사회복귀를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 나아가 정책적, 실천적 함의를 도출하는 데 있다.
연구결과, 요양기간에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 신경손상환자 여부와 병원유형(산재종합병원 또는 산재요양 병원인지 여부)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신경손상환자가 비신경손상환자보다 일상생활능력이 낮고, 우울 정도가 심하며 가족지원 및 사회적 지원정도는 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 산재요양병원환자가 산재종합병원환자 보다 일상생활능력정도는 높지만 우울정도가 높고 자존감이 낮으며, 가족지원 및 사회적 지원정도가 낮고, 가족문제는 더욱 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 산재요양병원환자에 대한 사회·심리적 재활서비스가 대폭 강화해야 할 필요성을 시사한다. 더불어 장기요양 경향이 강한 신경손상환자의 경우 가족 및 사회적 지원문제보다는 주로 일상생할능력문제와 우울의 문제가 골절환자나 절단환자에 비해 상대적으로 심각한 만큼 이들을 위한 심리재활 프로그램을 개발하여 집중화할 필요가 있다.

In recent years, the fact that the period of medical care in industrial injury insurance has been more and more long is related to not only the serious degree of industrial injury but also benefits systems of industrial accidents insurance.
This study is to find factors affecting the period of medical care of occupational accidents workers and to examine psycho-socia1 factors of long-term patients in industrial accidents hospital.
Data were collected from 325 patients in industrial accidents hospital. Analysis showed that the factors affecting the period of medical care of occupational accidents workers is education, hospital type, impairments type and the period of medical care is longer, the patients have more psycho-social problems. The current findings suggest that rehabilitation system for the patients in industrial accidents hospital is should be improved.
