The Effect of Old Age Preparedness on Elderly Life Satisfaction among Army NCO’s = 육군부사관의 노후준비도가 노후생활만족도에 미치는 영향분석 - 제대군인 전직지원의 조절효과 -

The purpose of this study is to improve the elderly life satisfaction through the preparation of old age of soldiers. First, we examine the effect of old age preparedness on the life satisfaction of old soldiers as an independent variable that directly affects these variables. As a result of the analysis, it is found that the economic aging preparation, psychological aging preparation, physical aging preparation and social aging preparation have negative effects on aging life satisfaction. Also, the relationship between retirement prepara-tion and old - age life satisfaction was controlled by former support. Therefore, the former support for the veterans of the army will be improved by the policy for improving the life satisfaction of the old, and the life satisfaction of the veterans will be higher in advanced social services.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 제대군인들의 노후준비도를 통한 노후생활만족도를 향상시키고자 하는 것이다.
우선 이들 변수에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 독립변수로서 노후준비도가 제대군인들의 노후생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 노후준비도의 향상을 통한 제대군인 복지 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 나아가 공적 복지로서 노후준비도의 직접적인 향상이 어려운 부분에 대해서는 전직지원의 조절 효과를 확인함으로써, 부족한 노후준비도 부분을 전직지원의 증진을 통해서 궁극적으로 제대군인들의 노후생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 탐색하고자 한다. 분석결과 노후준비도의 하위구성요인인 경제적 노후준비도, 심리적 노후준비도, 신체적 노후준비도, 사회적 노후준비도은 모두 노후생활 만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 노후준비도와 노후생활만족도간의 관계는 전직지원에 의해 조절되고 있음이 나타났다. 따라서 제대군인들을 위한 국가의 전직지원은 노후생활만족도 향상에 대한 정책마련으로 선진화된 사회서비스 속에서 제대군인들의 노후생활만족도는 보다 높아 질 것이다.
