대상관계이론의 관점에서 본 청소년의 경계선 성격특성과 비행과의 관계 = The Relationship between Borderline Personality Juvenile Traits and Juvenile Delinquencies on Object Relations Theory Perspective

This paper is designed to present basic materials necessary for preventing juvenile delinquencies and searching for curative instrument by dividing mothers` fostering behavior and borderline personality juvenile traits and by inquiring into what influences the former has on the latter and what relationship the former has with the latter. For the purpose, this study compared 146 youths from high schools and 156 youths from the juvenile correctional systems with the help of Personality Assessment Inventory Borderline Features Scale(PAI-BOR) and Parental Bonding Instrument(PBI). The study indicates that the more positive rearing attitudes mothers have, the lower borderline personality juvenile traits the subjects have, and that the more negative parenting attitudes mothers have, the higher borderline personality juvenile traits the subjects have, leading me to a conclusion that mothers` fostering behavior has significant influences on borderline personality juvenile traits and that such formed borderline personality juvenile traits are closely related to juvenile delinquencies.
