학교기반 학습컨설팅 모형개발 = Development of a School-based Learning Consulting Model

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a school-based learning consulting model.
Design/methodology/data/approach: A model was developed based on the ADDIE program developing model. The literature review of this paper looks at the concept, process, model of school based consultation, and student learning difficulties. A needs survey was conducted with 42 school teachers. And to validate the school-based learning consulting model developed in this paper, a pilot test was implemented for four months at an elementary school in Pusan. To verify the effects of its implementation, a MANCOVA was conducted. Afterwards, the model was modified and supplemented through feedback from the students (clients) and the teachers (consulters), and from the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted via intervention.
Results: The result of the implementation was that the mean scores of the experimental group increased slightly and a statistically significant difference could be seen within the control group that received a neutral intervention. A final model was completed with the verification process of content validity by experts' comments and a review based on a focus group interview.
Value: This school-based learning consulting model is expected to have a support system based on a collaborative relationship between experts (consultants) and teachers in a public school. That support system will allow for diagnosis and interventions to address students' psychological, adaptive, and behavioral problems related to learning.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서 학교기반 학습컨설팅 모형은 ADDIE모형의 절차에 따라 개발되었다. 요구조사와 문헌분석을 통해 컨설팅과정, 주요 컨설팅요소를 추출하고, 설계과정에서 모형개발의 방향 및 목표, 학습컨설팅 구성요소, 컨설팅과정, 학습컨설팅에 적합한 의사결정요소를 선정하였다. 개발과정에서는 선정된 내용을 분류하고 계열화하여 학교기반 학습컨설팅 과정과 학교기반 학습컨설팅을 위한 의사결정요소를 구조화하였다. 그리고 실행과정에서 개발된 모형을 초등학교 현장에 학습부진학생 15명을 대상으로 실제 적용하여 모형의 효용성을 확인하였다. 마지막 평가과정에서는 학습컨설팅이 이론과 실천을 연계하는 분야임을 감안해 현장전문가와 이론전문가 4인으로 구성된 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하여 모형의 타당도를 검증하여 최종 모형을 완성하였다. 학교기반 학습컨설팅 모형은 컨설팅 과정 속에서 문제해결과정에서 요구되는 의사결정사항에 대한 고려가 동시에 이루어지도록 병행구조로 개발되었다. 즉, 개발된 모형은 컨설팅 진행과정에서 문제를 다시 살펴볼 필요가 있을 때는 의사결정사항을 근거로 이전 단계로 돌아올 수 있는 순환구조의 틀을 가지고 있다. 또한 학습문제를 주로 다루는 학습컨설팅의 특성을 감안하여 학습문제 진단체제와 개입프로그램을 개발하여 처치해야 할 수 있도록 프로그램 개발과정을 구체화하였다. 이를 통해 학교에서 학생의 심리･적응･행동 문제를 전문적으로 진단-처치할 수 있는 문제해결체제를 마련했다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.
