교사의 교육과정 지향과 교수학적 유연성에 대한 연구: 한 경력 교사의 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 한 중학교 교사의 3년간의 수업 실천 사례를 통해 수업의 계획, 실행 및 반성 단계에서 교사의 교육과정 지향과 교수학적 유연성이 발현되는 패턴 및 그 변화 양상을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 각 학년도의 초점 분석 사례를 선정하여 수업설계 자료, 수업 녹화 및 녹음 자료, 인터뷰 자료 등을 수집하고, 이를 교육과정 지향 및 교수학적 유연성 분석 틀을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 1학년 수업에서는 직접적 지향과 제한적인 유연성 사이의 안정적 연결 패턴이 관찰되었으며, 2학년 수업에서는 계획과 실행 단계 간의 지향 불일치가 확인되었고, 3학년 수업에서는 대화적 지향과 풍부한 유연성의 조화로운 발현이 관찰되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사의 수업의 계획, 실행 및 반성 과정이 지향과 실천 간의 지속적인 조정 과정이라는 점을 보여준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed the patterns and changes in an experienced middle school teacher's curriculum orientations and pedagogical flexibility across lesson planning, implementation, and reflection stages through a three-year case study in South Korea. Focused analytical cases of each year were selected, and the lesson design materials, classroom video and audio recordings, and interview data were collected and analyzed using frameworks for curriculum orientations and pedagogical flexibility. Findings revealed showed that in the first-grade lesson, a stable connection between direct orientation and limited flexibility was observed; in the second-grade lesson, orientation inconsistencies between the planning and the implementation stages were identified; and in the third-grade lesson, harmonious manifestations of dialogic orientation and rich flexibility were observed. The findings demonstrate that the teachers’ lesson planning, implementation, and reflection processes constitute a continuous adjustment process between orientations and practice.
