사회적 기업의 거버넌스 심층 분석 = 신수동 행복마을(주)과 홍성유기농영농조합의 사례를 중심으로

This research has selected the Sinsu Happy Village and Hongsung Lohas for case studies to compare and analyze the formation and application of the governance of the social enterprise. Through pilot researches, four components have been extracted, which are network, autonomy from government, partnership, and democratic management. Based on these components, following results have been achieved by analysis of Sinsu Happy Village and Hongsung Lohas.<br/>
First, the network formation of Social Enterprise helps vitalize social enterprise. Second, direct financial dependency on government has negative influence on its autonomy. Third, partnership gives positive effects on vitalization of Social Enterprise. Fourth, Partnership helps stabilize Social Enterprise. Fifth, the Democratic management is up to the will of participation and experience in the Democratic management. <br/>
Based on these results, network formation by government, minimization of government financal aid, various partnership, democratic management, customized support system, etc. are recommended.
