개발제한구역 내 불법창고의 물류단지로의 유도 방안

This study investigates with the illegal warehouses which had permitted as warehouses of plant-and-animal-related facility within the development restriction districts, and understands deeply the reasons and attributes that are used illegally. The cases of development restriction districts of the logistics park development and small-scale logistics complex composition suggest the ways to minimize the damages to the development composition restricted area. This study uses a survey on the illegal warehouse users who reside at Jin-gwan-ri, Jingeon-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyonggi-do, about the differences of the characteristics of respondents. The results of the questionnaire research show a strong opinion that the users of the illegal warehouses within the development restriction district, if the logistics complex is constructed near their used illegal warehouse, would move to the newly constructed logistics complex. And they responded that they wanted to use the newly constructed warehouse at the rent similar to the current one and to run normal business.
