The study was designed using a two wave survey and sampled 247 employees and found interpersonal conflict to mediate the relationship between workplace ostracism with task and contextual performance and perceived organizational support to moderate the relationship between interpersonal conflict and contextual performance. In addition, perceived organizational support was found to moderate the mediated relation.
