      This study analyze the national representative 110m hurdler 3-D kinematic and techniques about running and hurdling motion in the 110m hurdles. Through analyzing hurdler`s technical features, I hope to contribute to efficient improvement of hurdler`s performance. After analyzing variables in the following conclusions were obtained; ① In terms of distance and height c. g. In running and hurdling phase, showed in the horizontal distance 8.61±.026m and the vertical height of hurdling peak 1.37±.015. ② In terms of velocity of c. g. In running phase, showed in the horizontal velocity 8.03±.38m/s. ③ In terms of the angle. In running phase, showed in the trunk angle 3.37±1.04deg, 1.65±. 39deg, 1.68±. 14deg, 20.30±2.49deg and the body angle of hurdling peak 1.37±.015deg. ④ In terms of the hip angle. In hurdling phase, showed in the angle of hurdle take off 187.38±.52deg and landing 141.67±2.89deg. ⑤ In terms of the knee angle. In hurdling phase, showed in the angle of hurdle take off 85.46±9.24deg and landing 54.75±5.48deg.
