시설장양성교육과정운영평가 : Given in the Years 1993, 1996 and 1997 1993, 1996, 1997년을 종합하여 = An Evaluation of Training Program for Child Care Center Directors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to observe and evaluate the program given at the Institute for the training of child-care center directors in order to develop an improved training program.
The study is based upon the responses of our trainees to the questionaire pertaining to the training program administered for the past three years ; they have been analysed and presented herein.
The number of responses amounted to 52 in 1993, 85 in 1996 and 50 in 1991. The contents of the questionaire were : admissions of trainees, length of training period, substance of teaching, lectures and testbooks, teaching method, library, counselling, etc.
In addition to the interpretation and summary of the responses, the followings have been disccused :
1. Total amount of teaching hours, amount of daily teaching hours,
2. Rearrangement of curriculum, problems of theory vs. practice,
3. Improvement of the teaching method,
4. Consideration of the versatility of trainees,
5. Information on library and counselling office.
Note: The training program is for those child-care center directors without any license to obtain their license.
