EU와 동유럽의 글로벌 경제위기극복에 대한 협력연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, I will analyze cooperation between and eastern Europe for global economic crisis management and recent background of cooperation focused on EU which had a deep influence on politics and economy of Eastern Europe from 2008. Firstly, I will introduce background of the global financial & economic crisis in Eastern Europe of EU (EU10). In the chapter III, I will try to explain background of cooperation between EU and Eastern Europe in the global economic crisis situation . Eastern Europe that relied chiefly on foreign direct investment are the least vulnerable now, and it has week banking system and high debt. This is indeed the worst economic crisis since the wrenching process of privatisation, liberalisation and stabilisation that followed. The real money & capital must come from outside EU. I will finish with that explain different method of getting over crisis between Eurozone and non-Eurozone about Global Economic Crisis management. In the chapter IV, I will analyze cooperation between EU and IMF & G-20 for Eastern Europe. When the crisis hit Eastern Europe, it turned to the international community for assistance, and received loan from the IMF from 2008, as part of a coordinated financial support package from EU. I believe Eastern Europe must stay on the path of becoming more open, and more integrated with EU and IMF. This is where future growth and jobs will come from. Finally, The results support my view that economic crisis management need global cooperation and a better domestic economic environment of Eastern Europe at the same time.
