旅行業界における障害者旅行對應に關 する一考찰 = A Study on Travel Industry Regarding Accessibility for Handicapped

국문 초록 (Abstract)

바이어푸리와 노멀레이션의 양측시점에서 여행업의 『장애자대응』 문제에 접근하기 위하여 『기업의 사회공헌론』 적인 시점도 도입하여 다각적으로 검토했다.
일본의 여행업을 일본교통공사를 소재로 시장전략이란 협의의 잔략만이 아닌 『사회전략』 으로서 장해자여행에 위치를 부여하여 조직적으로 대응하고 있는 사회의 조직구조, 행동을 실증적으로 분석했다. 더욱더, 앞날의 사회전략의 Scheme을 생각할 때 축으로서, 경영잔략과의 연휴와 연동이 불가결하다고 보고 도메인의 『전략적기업필란소로피』 의 필요성을 제언했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The concept of normalization is gradually accepted in the Japanese society living conditions surrounding handicapper persons is on the way to improvement, but there remains many things to be does. One on the things that needs public attention is their traveling climate neither hardware nor software are near perfection. It is a welcome sigh that a few travel agents are increasingly positive toward organizing special towards handicapped persons of many possible attributes the most prominent one is philanthropy. The thesis takes the largest Japanese travel agent, JTB, as an example, a study will also be made on how could travel agents better accommodate traveling wishes of handicapped persons.
