치위생(학)과 예비졸업생과 치과위생사의 의료인화에 대한 인식 = Awareness of Dental Hygiene (Major) Pre-graduates and Dental Hygienists on Medical Personalization

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 임상에서 근무하고 있는 치과위생사와 재학중인 치위생학과 예비 졸업생을 대상으로 치과위생사의 의료인화에 대한 다양한 인식과 의료인이 되기 위해 선행되어야 할 과제를 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 의료인화 추진에 대한 인식은 치과위생사(69.7%)가 예비졸업생(59.6%) 보다 높았으며 의료인화시 긍정적인 효과로는 치과위생사는 비용-효용성으로 인한 구강진료비 감소가 높았고 예비졸업생은 취약계층 구강의료 서비스 확대가 가장높았다. 의료인화를 위한 사회적 선행과제에 대해 치과위생사는 유관 단체 간의 업무적 협력 관계 형성이 높았고예비졸업생은 치과위생사 간의 공감대 형성이 가장 높았다. 직업적 선행과제에서는 치과위생사는 직업적 윤리의식이 높았고 예비졸업생은 전문적인 직업 능력에서 가장 높았다. 제도적 선행과제에서는 치과위생사는 치위생학제의4년제 일원화가 높았고 예비졸업생은 치위생 교육의 질관리 및 표준화가 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 통해 대한치과위생사협회가 추진하고 있는 의료인화와 의료기사법의 개정시 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study surveyed dental hygienists and prospective dental hygiene graduates working in clinical practice about various perceptions of dental hygienists' medical personalization and the tasks that should be preceded to become medical professionals. As a result of the study, dental hygienists (69.7%) were higher than prospective graduates (59.6%) in terms of awareness of the promotion of medical personalization, and dental hygienists had a higher reduction in oral care costs due to cost-effectiveness, and prospective graduates had the highest expansion of oral medical services for vulnerable groups. As a result of this study, we will identify the prerequisite for medical personalization and provide basic data for the revision of the Medical Humanization and Medical Technician Act, which is currently being promoted by the Korean Dental Hygienists Association.
