This study is done to read the development of communicational structure and role attendant upon organizational changes and developments. And with the hypothesis that the communicational function and role are changing following the change in organization as subdivision, specialization and mechanization, we planned to know the change in rate of communicational satisfaction & job-satisfaction, members' feeling of loss & frustration and their countermeasures.
The result, after we settled the subjects of study and hypothesis -three of each-, are as following;
SUBJECT OF STUDY 1.
What s the effect of satisfaction of the part on an official and unofficial communication?
Hypothesis 1.
It has a difference between the effect and satisfaction on an official and on unofficial communication.
As we analyzed and classfied the inside communication stream of the object enterprise, there were 5 official and 6 non-official communication groups coexisting.
SUBJECT OF STUDY 2.
What s the organizers (members) reflection according ro the orgznization of specialization and subdivision?
Hypothesis 2.
The satisfaction of the communication would be lower according to the organization of specialization and subdivision.
The level of communicational and functional satisfaction attendant upon systematic business' specialization and subdivision. That's to say, no decline in satisfactory rate upon specialization nor subdivision.
SUBJECT OF STUDY 3.
What does the reaction of the activities following-up the satisfaction according to the personal matters of the small groups?
Hypothesis 3.
It would have wide activation according to the personal matters of the small groups.
Any member's tendence on self-privatization could not be verified statistically though they were presupposed to show a tendence to gain satisfaction in family or in activity in small-group as they couldn't get any in communication or job inside the system(because of the specialization & subdivision). Just, the correlation between the satisfaction due to the activity in small group and that due to the activity in organized group was certified; the more the (constituent) member is satisfied in his leisure time, the more he is in his job and communication.
Finally what is to be added, there exist a limit on study to generalize this thesis' consequence since the number of members in object enterprises were fewer. However, this can give a significance to the society that bears more and more medium and small-sized enterprises.
