근골격계질환 증상조사에 대한 15년간의 종단사례 연구 = A Longitudinal Case Study on the Symptom Investigation of Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders during the Last Fifteen Years

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objective: This study is to track long-term changes in symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders after legal enforcement for preventing work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD).
Background: Cross-sectional studies on symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders have been investigated in various industries, but long-term longitudinal studies are rare.
Method: In the musculoskeletal symptom survey conducted five times over 15 years in a company, the self-awareness of work intensity, body pain parts, pain duration, pain intensity, and pain frequency by body part were investigated.
Results: The 15-year changes in pain duration, pain intensity, and pain frequency for each body part were investigated and verified.
Conclusion: It will be valuable in terms of a longitudinal study that followed and investigated long-term changes in symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders experienced by workers.
Application: This study can be used as basic data to identify long-term musculoskeletal disease symptom trends and establish long-term prevention policies.
