자율형사립고등학생의 학교만족도, 학업성취도 관련변인 연구 = The Structural Relationship among Academic self-efficacy, School Belonging, Parent Support, School Satisfaction and Achievement in Jayul high private school

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among academic self-efficacy, school belonging, parent support, school satisfaction, achievement in Jayul private high school. For this study, A Jayul high private school in Korea was chosen to conduct survey. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of academic self-efficacy, school belonging, parent Support as exogenous variables, school satisfaction, achievement as endogenous variables. The result of this study is as follows: First, academic self-efficacy affect achievement. Second, school belongin affect school satisfaction.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2010년 우리나라 교육현장에 처음으로 도입된 자율형사립고등학교의 학생을 대상으로 진행하였다. 자율형사립고등학생의 학습적 인과관계를 밝혀, 자율형사립고등학생을 위한 효율적인 자율형사립고등학교 운영방안을 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 자율형사립고등학생의 자기효능감. 학교소속감, 부모지원, 학교만족도, 학업성취도간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 서울의 A자율형사립고등학교의 2학년 재학생 전원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 총 232명의 데이터를 수집하였다. 자율형사립고등학생의 자기효능감. 학교소속감, 부모지원이 학교만족도에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과, 학교소속감이 학교만족감에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 자기효능감. 학교소속감, 부모지원, 학교만족감이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과는 자기효능감이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 자율형사립고등학교에서는 학생들의 자기효능감과 학교소속감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 만들어서 활용한다면, 학생들의 교육적 성과가 높아질 것이다.
