항공서비스 전공 여대생의 외모스트레스, 섭식태도에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the appearance stress and eating attitude of college female students majoring in aviation service. The data collected from 223 research subjects was analyzed through SPSS 20.0, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression.
According to the results of this study, the appearance stress and eating attitude were average 33.31±10.61 and 18.82±10.38 respectively.
Regarding the differences of appearance stress and eating attitude in accordance with the perception of body image, the appearance stress showed significant differences in the body image satisfaction while the eating attitude showed significant differences in the subjective perception of body image, ideal perception of body image, body image satisfaction, and comparative model of body image. There were positive correlations between appearance stress and eating attitude(r=.359, p<.001), and such variable like subjective perception of body image, ideal perception of body image, and appearance stress had effects on the eating attitude, which showed 23% explanatory power. Such results of this study show the importance of the correct perception of her own body image, and also the necessity of educational measures for preventing the negative eating attitude.
