남북 산림협력 시나리오와 환경정치의 현실화 = A Study on the Scenario on Forest Cooperations between North Korea and South Korea and the Realization of Environmental Politics

This research examines the inquire into possibility of forest cooperation by using a scenario method. In order to design a strategy that this research plays a pivotal role in realization of the future’s relationships between the North and South. Both Koreas are going to trade ideas on forest cooperations even though they have hostile relationships since the topic of forest cooperations is regarded as green politics or environmental politics and forest cooperations can provide them with opportunities to talk. In the usual manner, the scenario analysis goes along to 4 direction of 2 by 2 by using a key driver, however, this analysis goes along to 8 direction of 2 by 2 by 2 adding the forest cooperation. The result of this research shows that it would be essential for both Koreas to cooperate with each other in order to cultivate the asset of Korean unification and the peace of the Korean Peninsula.
