저자들은 1993년 11월부터 1994년 8월 까지 본병원 산부인과에서 100예의 골반경수술을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 수술의 적응증은 총 100예중 자궁외임신이 43예, 난소낭종이 30예, 자궁근중이 13예였다.
2. 수술방법은 총 100예중 난관절제술이 39예, 난소난관절제술이 19예, 근종절제술이 12예였다.
3. 환자들의 연령분포는 20-39세가 83%였고, 평균나이는 30.4세였다.
4. 환자들의 평균출산력은 1.48였다.
5. 입원기간은 평균 3.5일이었다.
6. 가장 많은 합병증은 trocar site hemorrhage였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

One hundred cases of pelviscopic operation were preformed at Seoul Adventist Hospital from, November, 1993 to August 1994.
The results of this study, were summarized as follows.
1. The common indications were ectopic pregnancy (43%), ovaria cyst(30%), myoma(13%).
2. The frequent types of surgery were salpingectomy(39%), salpingoophorectomy(19%), myomectomy(12%).
3. The mean age of the patients was 30.4 years.
4. The mean parity of the patients was 1.48.
5. The mean duration of hospitalization was 3.5 days.
6. The most common complications was hemorrhage at trocar site.
In our conclusion, pelviscopic surgery makes minimal postoperative hemorrhage and postoperative discomfort, low complication, and short hospital stay. This type of surgery is simple and useful method of treatment in the community hospital.
