미래교육에 영향을 미치는 배움의 인적자원개발에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 미래교육에 영향을 미치는 배움 기반의 인적자원개발을 모색해보고, 세부적으로 구성되는 요 인을 제시하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 현재 교육은 학교라는 한정된 기간과 장소에 국한되어 있는데, 미래 교육에서의 배움은 평생 이루어지는 삶의 한 부분으로 인식될 수 있다. 이러한 미래교육에 대한 인식전환 을 배움 기반 인적자원개발의 개념에서 논의하였다. 미래교육은 다양한 배움의 주체와 장소, 방법을 통합 한 배움 그 자체가 중요하였다. 이 연구에서 배움의 인적자원개발 요인 중 특히 미래교육에 영향을 미치는 요인은 의미생성력, 의식소통력, 실천력, 개조력으로 이루어졌다. 미래교육에 영향을 미치는 배움의 인적자원개발 요인들은 개인적으로는 다가오는 미래시대와 환경의 변화에 민감하게 대처할 수 있는 의의가 있으며, 사회적으로 나아가 배움의 공동체까지 확대가능하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Homo Eruditio Reformatting affecting future education is HRD based on the science of erudition that pursues reformatting with bases of individual possibility. The reformatting recognizes differences of individual ability and possibility, power of erudition, erudition levels, and gives helps in expanding uses. By doing so, strategies of making individual potentials contribute to the organization or society is required, and what is important is power of erudition in human.
An erudition society should be understood as a society that human power of eachness is harmonized to be learned and shared together. A society that another harmony is made through communication based on the power of eachness is the future society that the science of erudition aims at. The power of erudition becomes a foundation of inter-experience to reveal each ability and form a future social community. A community such as a local society or a nation is a space that activity called erudition is displaced initiatively. A community is a place that a cyclic process of erudition, sharing, and participation is expressed based on spontaneity and eachness of each member. The community that erudition is shared, namely a community that human resource development for everyone is possible, is a future education society.
