도시계획 관련제도 고찰을 통한 효율적 도시 관리방안에 관한 연구 - 지구단위 계획과 정비계획을 중심으로- = A Study on the Efficient Urban Management through Regulation of Urban Planning

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to find out the improvement plan, focusing on drawing up a active strategy in terms of a policy. The district unit plan and the renewal plan should be considered as a supplementary and cooperative relation in the process of formation of a policy. The urban management plan in the regional level should be made and operated in the process of policy operation With this plan ,the mid zone of life which is independent and mixed can improve , and the district unit plan and the renewal plan can be managed in a integrated way. It is also possible to consolidate the connectivity between the plan contents and the coherence of surroundings. The leading guideline reflecting the regional character and the city connection should be operated in the process of policy practice. The urban management plan should be first built up in the regional level and then the leading guideline in the district level should be made to reflect the district character. In the stage of making and operating the leading guideline, it can be accompanied with citizens' participation continually and the self-administration region can manage initiatively.
