    The major challenge in current disaster activity efforts is that information management system are not arranged and organized. These resources are not efficiently organized and utilized during disaster activity and relief operation. This paper presents a framework of. DIMS(Disaster Information Management System) that integrates DSS and information technologies to collect, analyze, and manage information to be support decision making in disaster activity and operation. This framework will help identify the information needs. be aware of a disaster situation. and provide decision-makers with useful activity recommendations based on past experience and present data. A comprehensive, consistent and authoritative information base within the framework will facilitate information sharing and reuse. This framework can also be applied to support real-time decision-making in environments of Internet web-based system.
