초음파 진동연삭에 의한 알루미나 세라믹스의 가공성능에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Machining Performance of Alumina Ceramics by Ultrasonic Grinding

국문 초록 (Abstract)

생산제품의 경량화와 고기능화를 요구하는 현대에 개발된 파인세라믹스는 기계적, 화학적 성질이 뛰어나 넓은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 고경도, 경취성 재료인 파인 세라믹스를 고능률적인 기계가 공을 위하여 특수장치를 설계, 제작해서 밀링머신에 부착하고 연삭깊이, Table speed, 숫돌입도를 변화시키면서 초음파 연삭 및 상용 연삭한 결과, 접선저항 연삭값보다 저항값이 더 크고, 초음파 연삭보다 상용 연삭에서 연삭 저항값이 더 크게 나타났으며, 숫돌입도가 높을수록 연삭가공의 효과가 증대됨을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The ultrasonic grinding is operated by the milling machine which is attend special device for the high efficiency mechanical machining of the alumina ceramics being wear resistance and brittle material, and the following effect are obtained.
1. In casing grinding of the alumina ceramics, the value of normal force is as about three times as that of shear force at both the ultrasonic grinding and the conventional grinding.
2. The ultrasonic grinding is high efficiency machining as the plowing is decresed by smoothing chip and the grinding force is lower about three times that of the conventional grinding because of the lower grinding heat.
3. It is depth of cut that is important effect because the difference of the grinding force is larger in changing of the depth of cut than in changing of the table speed.
4. It is appeared that is obtained as incresing grain size of diamond wheel.
