생성형AI 활용교육에 대한 학생의 인식 및 요구 분석 = Analysis of Students’ Perceptions and Needs Regarding Generative AI Utilization Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경기도 지역 학생들의 생성형AI 활용교육 참여 경험과 교육 내용, 학습 요구 항목을 학교급별로 조사·분석하였다. 연구 결과, 생성형 인공지능 활용 교육에의 참여율은 고등학교, 중학교, 초등학교 순으로 높게 나타났다. 교육 현황 분석 결과, 초등학교는 개인정보 보호와 소통 예절, 중학교는 신뢰성 판별법과 바른 이용방법, 고등학교는 음악 창작과 이미지 생성에 중점을 두고 있었다. 반면 학습 요구는 초등학교에서는 소통 예절과 바른 이용방법, 중학교는 소통 예절과 음악 창작, 고등학교는 개인정보 보호와 정보 검색이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학교급별로 초등학생은 '안전한 사용자', 중학생은 '비판적 정보 평가자', 고등학생은 '창의적 생산자'로서 차별화된 역할을 담당함을 시사한다. 각 학교급별 교육 현황과 학습 요구 간 격차를 반영한 맞춤형 교육과정 보완이 필요하다.

This study investigated and analyzed the experiences of students in Gyeonggi Province with generative AI education, including the content of the education and their learning needs, categorized by school level. The research found that participation rates in generative AI education were highest in high schools, followed by middle schools, with elementary schools showing the lowest rates. Analysis of current educational practices revealed that elementary schools focus on personal information protection and communication etiquette, middle schools emphasize reliability assessment and proper usage methods, while high schools concentrate on music creation and image generation. However, students' learning needs differed: elementary students wanted to learn more about communication etiquette and proper usage methods, middle school students sought communication etiquette and music creation skills, and high school students expressed interest in personal information protection and information searching techniques. These findings suggest differentiated roles for students at each level: elementary students as "safe users," middle school students as "critical information evaluators," and high school students as "creative producers." The study highlights the need for customized curricula that address the gaps between current educational practices and students' learning needs at each school level.
