하절기 장대레일 온도저감을 위한 차열성 도료의 현장적용성 평가 = Evaluation on Field Applicability of Isolation-heat Paint for Temperature reduction of CWR in Summer Period

국문 초록 (Abstract)

장대레일은 승차감 향상, 유지보수 비용절감 등과 같은 장점이 있으나, 내부 축력에 의한 동절기 절손 및 하절기 좌굴과 같은 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 최근 이상 기후 및 폭염으로 장대레일 좌굴에 대한 안전성 확보가 대두되고 있는 실정이다.
본 연구에서는 백색 페인트 3종을 선정하여 일사반사율 측정을 통해 기본 반사 성능을 검증하였고, 본선에 직접 도포 하여 일정기간 동안 온도저감 효과를 분석하였다. 시료별 일사반사율은 5~15%차이가 나는 것으로 측정되었다. 그러나 현장시험 결과 온도저감 효과차이는 미미하였다. 도포 초기에는 4~5℃의 온도저감 효과가 계측되었으나, 열차통과시 발생하는 분진 및 강우로 인한 오염으로 인하여 점차 온도저감 효과가 저감되는 것으로 나타났다. 차열성 도료를 레일에 도포할 경우 한시적인 온도저감 효과는 발현되나 지속성에 문제가 있어 현장에 적용할 경우 작업시기를 면밀하게 결정해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The advantages of CWR are improvement of ride comfort, reduction of maintenance costs, however there can be occurred the breakage of railway in winter and the buckling in summer by the axial force. Recently, safety assurance of the buckling of CWR came to the fore because of abnormal climate and heat wave. In this study, the basic reflection performance is verified through measuring solar reflectance about three types of white paint, and temperature reduction effect is analyzed as applying it directly to the mainline for a certain period. Solar reflectance of each sample was measured between 5 and 15 percent differential. But temperature reduction effect was slight by result of field tests. The temperature reduction effect is measured 4 or 5℃ in the early days of application, however its effect is gradually reduced because of the dust at the time of train passage and the contamination by rainfall. Work period should be closely determined when the isolation-heat paint is applied to rail owing to persistence of temperature reduction effect.
