유아교육실습 만족도의 영향요인 연구 = A Study on Factors Affecting of Early Childhood Teaching Practice Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석해 보고 상관성을 연구해 보다 더 만족스럽고 효율적인 유아교육실습의 방향을 모색하는데 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구는 대구시에서 유아교육실습에 임하고 있는 193명을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 학교생활에서 전공에 대한 만족도가 높을수록, 학과 적성이 맞을수록, 학과 성적이 우수할수록, 교육실습만족도가 높게 나타났으며 실습 영역별로 만족도는 서로 간에 비슷한 결과를 나타내었으나 ‘교육실습 후의 만족도’가 가장 높고 ‘실습내용’에 대한 만족도는 가장 낮았다. 대체적으로 연령이 높고, 학년은 낮고, 국·공립기관의 실습생이 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 학점이 높고, 실습기관의 규모가 크고, 거주가 자취나 하숙을 할 때, 통근시간이 적게 걸릴 때 교육실습환경에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다.

This study analyzed factors affecting the satisfaction of student teachers with teaching practice of early childhood. The aim was to provide a more satisfactory and effective teaching practice.
The results showed the following correlations: First, looking at the various categories of the Teaching Practice, the satisfaction of the student teachers was the greatest immediately after the completion of the teaching practice and lowest with the content of the teaching practice. Second, looking at general characteristics, their satisfaction was positively correlated with age and national or public institutions, and negatively with years in school.
Satisfaction with teaching practice environments was positively correlated with the size of the institutions, type of housing whether a boarding house or a house with private kitchen facilities, and shorter transportation time. As for school life, satisfaction was positively correlated with the greater satisfaction in a students' major, fitness to department, and better academic grades.
