보육교사의 건강지각 및 건강증진 생활양식에 관한 연구 = Childcrare Teacher's Health Perception and Health Promoting Lifestyle

This study were examined the relationships between health perception and health promoting lifestyle of the childcare teacher. Participants were 195 childcare teachers in Gyeonggi-do. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey HSD, Pearson's correlation.
The results of this study were as follows; First, there were significant differences in health perception and health promoting lifestyle of childcare teacher's background. Second, the health perception correlated with health promoting lifestyle. This results provide suggestions on healthful life for child care teacher.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경기도의 보육시설에 재직하고 있는 195명의 보육교사들을 대상으로 보육교사들의 변인들에 따른 건강지각 및 건강증진 생활양식에 대해 알아보고 이들 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 수집된 자료를 기술통계, t 검증, 일원변량분석, Tukey 사후 검증, Pearson 상관계수를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사들의 배경변인에 따라 건강지각 및 건강증진 생활양식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사들의 건강지각과 건강증진 생활양식 간에는 유의한 상관이 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 보육교사의 건강한 생활에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.
