호텔 및 카지노에서 리더에 대한 신뢰가 리더십과 조직유효성간의 관계에서 매개역할

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to show the importance of trust in leader by empirically analyzing the relationship between leadership and organizational effectiveness and trust in leader in that relationship. The authors formulated four hypotheses and survey employees working in seven super deluxe hotels and seven casinos in order to verify the hypotheses. The survey participants consisted of casino dealers and hotel employees of the rooms division and the food and beverage division. This study analyzed leadership, trust in leader, its relation with organizational effectiveness, and the mediating role of trust in leader in hotel and casino industries. The results showed that it was not strongly supported the mediating role of trust in leader. It is hoped that the result of this study will contribute to the leadership development of the hotel and casino industries in the future.
