Numerical analysis is conducted for a fixed ground plate with pressure control device which is installed in the wind tunnel. Pressure difference is generated because of the ground plate having unisymmetrical structures between lower and upper space. The ground plate necessarily needs pressure control device in order to decrease pressure difference. This study considers two different heights away from wind tunnel bottom. CFD results show that increasing flap angle decreases the pressure difference. Based on CFD study, ground plate was designed and tested at the wind tunnel. The wind tunnel test result shows that the pressure control device can decrease the pressure imbalance and show pressure difference curve agrees to CFD result.
