뷰티 왁싱샵의 서비스 스케이프가 서비스 가치, 서비스 만족 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of Service Scape in Beauty Waxing Shops on Service Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 뷰티 왁싱샵의 서비스 스케이프가 서비스 가치, 서비스 만족을 통해 궁극적으로 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 뷰티 왁싱샵을 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 실증분석을 진행하였다. 총 359부의 설문 응답 데이터를 분석한 결과, 뷰티 왁싱샵의 물리적 서비스 스케이프와 사회적 서비스 스케이프는 둘 다 기능적 가치와 감정적 가치에 모두 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 물리적 서비스 스케이프와 달리 사회적 서비스 스케이프는 서비스 만족에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 서비스 만족은 고객 충성도에 영향을 주는 결과로 이어짐을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 새로운 뷰티 서비스 분야인 뷰티 왁싱샵의 서비스 스케이프와 서비스 가치, 서비스 만족, 그리고 고객 충성도 간의 구조적 관계를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이와 더불어 본 연구의 결과가 뷰티 왁싱샵에서 서비스를 제공할 때 실무적인 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

This study aims to verify the impact of the service scape in beauty waxing shops on customer loyalty, ultimately through service value and customer satisfaction. For the research, an empirical analysis was conducted with customers of beauty waxing shops. The analysis of 359 survey response data showed that both the physical and social service scapes of beauty waxing shops affect functional and emotional values. Unlike physical service scape, social service scape was found to have a direct impact on service satisfaction. Lastly, it was observed that service satisfaction leads to customer loyalty. Based on these findings, it is hoped that this data can serve as foundational information for providing services in beauty waxing shops.
