    The purpose of this study is in presentation scientific data of making good use of leisure by finding out the interpretation of leisure concepts.
    Leisure is just time, which is not spare and meaningless. It implies dependency on contents of time, and this is turn out to mean that it has both free and learning side of time.
    But the interpretation of leisure can be divided into the classical view of leisure, a form of activity, symbol of social, and free time etc. The classcal view of leisure is valuable in life because it is regarded as a state of being through a certain activity, or as the change of mind.
    The making good use of leisure will have to be not economics of spending and possession, but free time leading to the personal cultivation of mind and the creation of life.
    Therefore, recreation is activity to do in leisure time, to act spontaneously, to have satisfy, to allow in the social value; it is activity to do free.
