Secondly, through semi-structured interviews, acquire a full and multi-dimension understanding about college students’ perception and acceptance of Chinese traditional music. The result indicates that college students show little interest in traditional musical culture in music educational activities of universities and colleges, and the teaching contents are mainly about western musical system. As educators of university music education, we should pay attention to the fusion of traditional music and art education in universities and colleges, constantly explore new ways to the development of traditional music education, and continually improve the quality of traditional music education in universities and colleges.

Therefore, in terms of these problems, the specific improvement plans and strategies are as follows: (1) change people’s concept of traditional musical culture; (2) establish college students’ cultural confidence and strengthen their recognition of cultural identity; (3) turn back to ultimate source of traditional music education; (4) perfect traditional music educational curriculum system and reinforce the construction of traditional musical culture on campus; (5) improve teachers’ appreciation ability of traditional culture and intensify cultural ecological consciousness in art education.
Finally, combining the teaching case “ A Beginners’ Guide to Chinese Traditional Music”, this research analyzes the specific teaching problems. The teaching practice shows that hybrid course teaching can effectively improve students’ participation in class, intensify interaction among teachers and students, encourage more college students to love study and be willing to learn Chinese traditional music, then achieve the goal of traditional music education. It is mainly reflected in the following points: (1) it helps promote students’ initiative of learn traditional music, improve their learning experience, thus creates a good atmosphere among teachers and students; (2) it helps enhance students’ comprehension and command of knowledge, knowledge transfer and knowledge consolidation; (3) it helps foster students’ autonomous learning ability, capacity of independent thinking and the ability of using learned knowledge to solve problems.
Thus it can be seen that something about traditional musical culture are missing in music education in universities and colleges. (2) Innovate the traditional teaching modes and reinforce teaching practice. (3) Innovate traditional music teaching forms and methods and carry out online music education on internet teaching platforms. Use more visual and picturesque ways to present traditional music and interpret the humanistic spirit of Chinese traditional music. (4) Establish the concept of the amalgamation of multifold subjects. First, modern teaching methods should be reinforced, teaching concept be renewed, teaching materials and contents be integrated, and interdisciplinary and cross-professional course groups about traditional music, art, literature, drama and psychology be established to continually broaden students’ horizon. Second, combine relative knowledge and research methods of psychology of music and dig deep into the positive influence of traditional music on college students’ emotional experience. (5) Fuse together traditional culture and modern aesthetic, and remodel Chinese traditional music’s modern aesthetic means of expression to deepen comprehension of the cultural connotation and traits of Chinese traditional music.
