집단미술치료가 시설 미혼모의 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to measure the effect of group art therapy on the improvement of
self-efficacy among single mothers in a group home. In order to measure the effect of
group art therapy, these are the criteria used :
First, how group art therapy affects self-efficacy, which belong to sub-area;
self-confidence and self-regulated efficacy, task-difficulty preference.
Second, how group art therapy affects self-efficacy in KFD; Third, how group art
therapy affects self-efficacy during therapy sessions; For the study, three single mothers
volunteered for three months. Each session lasted 90 minutes, total thirteen sessions.
The results are: First, group art therapy did not make a big difference on these women;
however there is increase in self-confidence and task-difficulty preference on the mean.
Second, art therapy increased self-efficacy in KFD; Third, during the sessions, it seems
there is positive effect on self-efficacy.
Therefore, along with providing a group home, education and job training are necessary,
and are recommended as ways for achieving a long-term goal for the single mothers in a
group home.
