Nowadays, all DB of Korean real estate registration is made. In the past was the Korean real estate registration made of paper. At that time, any registration shall be requested by the person entitled to make registration and the person liable for registration, or his agent, by presenting himself at the registry office: Provided, That if the agent is an attorney or a certified judicial agent (including a law firm or a joint corporation of certified judicial agents), he may have a staff member as determined by the Supreme Court Regulations attend the registry office and make an application therefor(article 28 of registration of real estate act). However, after the paper real estate registration for DB can the application of real estate registration exist on line with internet. At that time, when the applicant apply the real estate registration on line with internet, are there many problems, for example the identity of the applicant and the applied documents.<BR> Before the identity of the applicant and the applied document will be researched, this paper mentions the process concerning the application and the acceptance of the real estate registration on line. Concerning the attention duty of the registrar about this application are there especially the investigative range and methods of the registrar on line. On the chapter of “the investigative range and methods of the registrar on line” are several attention duties of the registrar concerning the investigation on line, the investigation of the all informations and documents applied on line, the identity of the applicant, the fabrication of the supreme court’s decision and the conformed electronic documents on line. Finally, the several problems and it’s solutions of the attention duty of the registrar will be researched.
