위험 하에서 낭비수준이 Supply Chain 성과에 미치는 영향 : 프랜차이즈 가맹점을 중심으로 = The effect of waste factor's degree on Supply Chain performance Under Risk : Focused franchisees in South Korea

Recently, companies confront to rapid environmental changes due to scientific or mechanical development and demand change. Companies are trying to improve supply chain capability to react to these environmental changes. Being in these improvement processes, it is important to collaborate with other partners in the supply chain. And they has tried to outsource their in-house activity to other partners and eliminate the wasteful factors in their process. As the result of these efforts, supply chain is getting leaner. In this regard, this study tried to confirm the effect of waste factor's degree on the performance under external risks. Through this study, the effect of waste factor's degree on the performance is different, according to the risk's degree which the organization is faced with. This means that it is important to build up the internal utilization, but it should take precedence properly managing the external risk in order to improve organization's performance.
