      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of the study was to explore the changes in PE teachers through the use of class diary. To achieve this research objective, a qualitative case study was conducted on physical education teachers. The data were analyzed using inductive content analysis after they were coded. Triangulation and peer debriefing were used in the process of data collection and data analyses. The results of the analyses are as follow. First, the physical education class story were divided into teacher story and students story. The teacher``s story included change and adaptation, parents and teachers, expertise and philosophy, separation of teacher``s private and public life, and consistency of teacher``s speech in physical education class. The students`` story included sympathy with students, managing students, consideration for students and giving opportunities for students, providing feedback and praise, and communicating with students in PE class. Second, the physical education class and teachers were changed through the use of class diary and reflection of teaching. The class goal, class method, class environment in PE were changed.
