      The purpose of this study is to identify the contents which is experienced at every phase during the practice of early childhood education as following.
      First, at observing phase the observation of phenomena which appear in kindergarten reality and grasp of teacher's teaching activity and management of class.
      Second, at participating phase with taking part in education activity and being close to the province of teacher's activity, the preparation, study, and understanding of educational activity.
      Third, at arranging and evaluating phase the total evaluation of educational practice and announcement of the researching instruction, and the arrangement of the results of examinining activity.
      As a results of making up a questionaire to grasp and analyze these relations, several facts are found out as followings.
      1. Most of the teachers of educational practice are secondary regular kindergarten teachers. The small numbers of them are primary regular teacher and those who are under a year of experience.
      2. The period during which the teaching of educational practice is well done is the observing phase and the practical teaching phase, and the percentage of each is 41.52% and 41.82%.
      3. For educational apprentices the orientaton and guide to the observing attitude of teaching is somewhat insincere, and in teaching about 10% of teachers don't use teaching materials.
      4. The guide to the organization of curriculum and educational teaching plan is better than other education activity, but the making up and use of class room managing plan is insufficient.
      5. Teachers of educational practice give much concern and advice in guidance to little child, and advice in instruction is generally good.
      Consequently, notwithstanding the guide to educational practice should be perpectly, all kind of experience is treated a bit negligently, so we can find that before educational practice the detailed establishment of practice plan and its thorough execution is really and immediately required.
