중국 중학교 교사들의 교직생활에 대한 연구 : 중국 산동성 위방시를 중심으로 = A study on Chinese teachers' understanding of teaching profession : based on Wei fang city, Shan dong province

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본문은 중국 교사들의 교직생활에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위하여 산동성 위방이라는 지역에 계신 중학교 교사들을 대상으로 설문 조사와 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 주요내용은 교직에 대한 인식, 교사가 된 계기, 학생지도에 대한 인식, 학부모 및 동료교사와의 관계, 수업에 대한 인식, 좋은 교사에 대한 인식으로 이루어진다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중국에서 중학교 교사라는 직업은 사회적 지위가 높으나 경제적 지위가 그다지 높은 것은 아니다. 둘째, 교사들은 학생에게 학습지도가 잘 이루어지고 있지만 생활지도와 심리지도에 있어 많이 미흡하다. 셋째, 교사는 동료교사와 어느 정도의 상호작용이 이루어지고 있지만 학부모와의 상호작용이 잘 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 학부모에게 학교교육을 많이 참여할 수 있도록 노력할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 교사들은 강의 내용을 열심히 준비하지만 수업 시간에 여러 제한으로 수업 방법을 활용하지 못하고 있다. 수업 방법의 활용은 학습결과에 직접적 영향을 주기 때문에 여러 제한에서 벗어나 여러 수업 방법을 활용할 수 있도록 모색해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is to identify Chinese teachers' understanding of teaching profession. In order to achieve this purpose, we made up a questionnaire and investigated the present middle school teachers in Wei fang city, China. The contents of this questionnaire consist of the professionalism of school teaching, chances of becoming a teacher, the perception of student guidance, the relationship with parent and colleague, the perception of instruction and good teacher. The results are following, firstly, in China, although the social status of teaching profession is very high, the economic status is not high. Secondly, regarding the guidance to student, although learning guidance has been achieved, life guidance and mental guidance has not been achieved. Thirdly, although the interaction with school colleague has been achieved, the interaction with parent has not been achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage parent to take part in schooling. Fourthly, although the teacher prepares for learning contents very hard, because of many limits, they can not make the good use of instructional strategies.
