블렌디드 러닝에 대한 교사의 관심도 분석: 사이버가정학습 활용 사례를 중심으로 = Teachers' Concerns about Blended Learning: Based on Concerns-based Adoption Model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate diffusion strategy for blended learning in k-12 settings. The research questions were: 1) what are leading teachers' concern in blended learning practice, 2) what are general teachers'perception in blended learning practice. 3) what are differences between two teachers' groups about blended learning.
The conceptual framework of this study was diffusion of innovation (Rogers,2003) and CBAM(concerns-based adoption theory) (Hall & Hord, 2006).
SoC(Stages of Concern) questionnaires and semi-structured interviews are used for data collection. Findings are as follows. In terms of SoC, leading teachers are confident and secure of blended learning practice. Yet, they express discontent with the current policy and are not willing to collaborate with colleague. Non-user teachers are willing to learn about it; however, they are afraid of loosing their position because of blended learning.
